The Role

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking center, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operational
  • Supervise the center staff and provide support, guidance, and training as needed
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members and increase occupancy rates
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a strong network and foster partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and professionals to enhance the center's reputation and drive business growth
  • Manage the center's budget, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the center remains competitive and innovative

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing a coworking center or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in budget management and financial analysis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the coworking industry and understanding of market trends
  • Proficient in using office management software and tools
