Why does this Role exist:
HR-MIS Analyst will be responsible for data-driven decision-making and providing insights to support strategic HR initiatives and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as developing and maintaining HR dashboards and analytics reports.
What do we basically expect from you:
Providing accurate data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to support effective HR decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
What would you expected to do:
Administer and maintain the organization's HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR MIS through regular audits and validation checks.
Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce trends.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on utilizing the HR MIS effectively.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards in HR data management.
Maintain accurate data in Darwinbox.
Monitor system (Darwinbox) performance and identify opportunities for system upgrades and enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and MIS management.
What Really Catches our eye:
Bachelor’s degree in BMS, Statistics or related disciplines.
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HRIS, MIS.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for HR stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
