Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and other lead generation tools/platforms.
  • Drive sales for technology services including:
  • Website Design & Development
  • Custom Software Solutions
  • ERP, CRM & HRMS Products
  • Mobile Applications
  • Other IT Products/Services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Project Management) for project delivery.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in Tech Sales / B2B Sales for IT services and software products.
  • Strong knowledge of website, CRM, ERP, and HRMS solutions.
  • Experience in generating and converting leads through various platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, freelancer, cold emailing, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong network in SME or enterprise segment.
  • Understanding of business consulting or SaaS-based sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹90,000.00 per month
