Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to join our team. HR Admin's key role in supporting HR operations, administrative tasks, and asset management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to ensuring smooth daily operations across HR functions.

As an HR Admin, your responsibilities will span across asset handling, attendance monitoring, and administrative support, with a focus on ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to End Recruitment

  • Monitor and track employee attendance, including leaves, absences, and punctuality.

  • Generate and maintain accurate attendance records.

  • Assist in the creation of HR and attendance-related reports.

  • Regularly update and maintain HR-related records, files, and documentation.

  • Oversee the tracking, allocation, and management of company assets (e.g., laptops, mobile phones, office equipment).

  • Address and resolve asset-related issues, including malfunctioning equipment or asset returns.

  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for asset procurement, ensuring that all asset requirements are met and tracked accurately.

  • Maintain an updated inventory of assets and manage asset issuance and returns to employees.

  • Compile data to create regular attendance reports for HR and management review.

  • Ensure that all necessary data is collected and accurately documented for compliance and auditing purposes.

  • Organize and maintain employee files,(physical)ensuring that they are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources,/Business Administration

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 Months - 1 Year in an HR/Admin role or similar, with experience.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Required)
