About the Role

The role involves overseeing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards in our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for leading teams and managing high-capacity solar projects while driving improvements in quality processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems.
  • Conduct quality audits, analyses, and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement checklists for quality documentation and inspection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of existing quality systems and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of all quality-related tasks within budget constraints.
  • Provide technical support to resolve quality-related issues during project execution.
  • Oversee and manage high-capacity solar projects as the project head.
  • Lead and manage teams efficiently to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • B Tech / B E (Electrical / Mechanical)
  • Experience: 8-14 Years
  • Location: Hyderabad, Corporate office

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Experience with ISO standards and quality audits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in renewable energy projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
