Solar Installation Project Supervisor

A career opportunity is available for a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Project Supervisor. This position involves overseeing the installation of solar PV systems at project sites, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily installation activities of solar PV systems
- Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track project progress and ensure timely material delivery
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
- Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues
- Maintain daily work progress reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (for project planning)
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication
- Problem-solving and time management
