Overview

  • Works with the Admissions Counsellor to develop a growth strategy and increase the number of enrolments in the campus
  • Supports the Admissions Counsellor in achieving the monthly admissions targets

Responsibilities

The role would entail executing the business development strategy for GIIS at Charoli, there by meeting the predefined student enrollment strategy.

Job responsibilities will include the below but not limit to –

§ Executing the business development plan which will include ATL and BTL activities.

§ Managing education fairs, seminars and other business promotion activities.

§ Generating qualified leads and strictly meeting the student enrolment targets.

§ Build & enhance customer relationship and identifying new venues for business development.

§ Maintaining and presenting business development data in pre-defined formats.

Interaction

  • Address enquiries from prospective parents

People Focus

  • Provides guidance to the Admissions Executive in the onboarding process

Working Schedule

  • 5.5 days working

Skills Description

Must have -

§ MBA or an equivalent degree/ diploma in marketing/ sales etc

§ At least 3+ years of relevant experience of business development.
