About Us: Founded in 2021, Sugarfit provides a “Personalized evidence-based path to Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes Reversal & management”. Sugarfit leverages a precision health platform combining CGM sensors, Machine Learning, and Medical Science to improve human metabolic health and reverse chronic disease through precision nutrition, progressive fitness and behavioral health advice. The Category Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of category management within the e-commerce business for Sugar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Q-comm, E-comm or D2 C companies and have experience scaling businesses on similar platforms. Note : Immediate joiners or 30 days notice period max Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue on platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes, Big Basket and other new retail platforms. Plan and execute category levers including pricing strategies , discounts, and Advertising to boost visibility and sales. Building strong relationships with platform category & marketing leaders to ensure long-term optimal support and collaboration. Oversee the Entire product catalog, listings, communication and funnel managemen t for all foods and device products. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. 3+ years experience in managing and scaling brands on major Q-commerce or E-commerce Experience in high-growth startups is a plus. MBA preferred, but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
