We specialize in providing a structured curriculum, 1:1 mentorship, and access to a community for individuals aspiring to excel in tech engineering, data science, machine learning, and data analytics. Our mission is to help learners secure positions in leading product companies by enabling them to master their desired fields.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) at Bosscoder Academy. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for effectively communicating with our potential customers (working professionals from technical backgrounds) and closing the sales process seamlessly. This role will present the academy's services and benefits to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
2. Generate requirements from new & existing clients and resolve them
3. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products
4. Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
6. Improve sales conversion and ennoblement efficiency, including account planning, forecast, and pipeline management
7. Develop goals for the development team & business growth and ensure they are met
8. Work on developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
