Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerIf you are passionate about being part of a team that focuses on solving real life business needs in the Ariba space, you will be a great fit as an Ariba Business Systems Analyst in the Enterprise IT Fin Ops team at Palo Alto Networks, BangaloreWe are looking for an Ariba Business Solutions Analyst to join our team to act as liaison between IT and Business focusing primarily on delivering enhancements and own production support. As part of this role IT BSA has to work closely with the various business groups in the Quote to Cash areas in streamlining the processes or identifying the business processes which might be the cause for system gaps or data corruption. IT Business System's Analyst supports business teams in the prioritization process for new requirements/projects, and provides support for identifying and resolving issues in SAP Ariba. Own the design and provide creative solutions in the Finance domain area. You should have strong working experience in Ariba and its integration with SAP ERP specifically in the Material Management, R2 R, and FI modules is preferred. We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility. Should be a passionate person with an ability to independently manage production support issues /enhancements and help users with best possible experience.Your Impact● Own & drive solution design in Ariba Source to Pay space to meet future business needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mind● Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents from Business requirements, drive the system solutions and implement it● Preparing exhaustive Functional Requirement Specifications● Prepare and Review test plans and test scripts● Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results● Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, enhance internal customers experience● Quickly learn and adapt to a fast paced work environment● Experienced with API Integrations with Ariba● Interact with non SAP applications like 360 Insights (Rebates), Tax Engine (One Source) or other API applicationsMaintenance and SupportMonitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and customer impactsConduct regular audits of data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as necessaryProvide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Ariba effectivelyBest Practices and DocumentationEstablish and enforce best practices for Ariba development and configuration.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and proceduresCollaboration and LeadershipWork closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to align Ariba and SAP standard capabilities with business objectivesQualificationsYour Experience Bachelor OR masters degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Information Technology or military experience required5 -10 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream and/or DownstreamStrong functional configuration and implementation experience in Procurement and Accounting and SourcingMultiple end-to-end project experience in Source to Pay and prior support experienceVery good working knowledge of SAP Tables and SAP Technical Troubleshooting and similar TCODES that is relevant for P2 P.Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographiesSignificant depth in SDLC and Agile practices of enterprise-class products.Demonstrated ability to understand product design and architecture.Experience in crafting creative functional solutions to difficult business problemsDemonstrated proactive, self-motivated, quality focus, customer-centric mindsetAdditional SAP or Ariba certifications are a plusSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business solutions/concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to keep up with current industry technology trends to assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, in keeping with the latest technologyAdditional InformationThe TeamWorking at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
