Employment Type : Contract, 6 Description :We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will play a key role in requirement gathering, documentation, and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. Prior experience in BFSI or Telecom domains is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs.- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.- Support project execution by facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.- Document and maintain project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.- Analyze and validate requirements against business objectives.- Provide domain insights in BFSI/Telecom projects to align business and IT solutions.- Perform basic data analysis and queries using SQL to support requirement validation.Qualifications & Skills :- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Strong knowledge of requirement elicitation and documentation techniques.- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.- Domain expertise in BFSI/Telecom industries.- Basic proficiency in SQL for data validation.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
