Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue and growth, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitor behavior, providing insights and recommendations for new product development, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competition
- Ability to identify, acquire, and maintain client relationships
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IT services industry is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
