Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our liquor sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry, proven leadership skills, and a strong network within the trade. This role involves managing a sales team, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities:

Operational management:

· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

· Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

Sales and revenue growth:

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Identify new sales opportunities and markets for business growth.

· Prepare financial report, sales analysis and operational metrics for senior management.

Client and distributor management:

· Manage distributor performance and ensure alignment with sales goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, bars, clubs, and restaurants.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2-3+ years of management experience in the liquor, hospitality, or retail industry.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to analyse data.

· Strong knowledge of alcohol regulation and compliance requirement

Preferred skills:

· Experience with licensing and regulatory agencies.

· Familiar with alcohol sales trends and marketing.

· Background in inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
