Role Overview
50% sales, growth, new business and 50% (P&L & Ops )
We are seeking a business-focused COO/CEO with a proven track record of acquiring and growing new BPO clients . This leader will take full ownership of P&L, business development, and operations , ensuring revenue growth, client success, and delivery excellence. The role requires a strong balance of deal-making expertise, operational leadership, and digital innovation .
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Lead new business development by winning large global BPO deals and expanding client portfolio.
- Drive sales closures, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships .
- Deliver revenue growth through new client wins and expansion of existing accounts.
P&L Ownership & Strategy
- Full accountability for P&L, EBITDA, and growth strategies .
- Ensure sustainable profitability while scaling delivery operations.
Service Delivery & Client Success
- Align delivery to client business objectives, ensuring SLA compliance and world-class customer experience.
- Act as the strategic partner for global clients.
Leadership & Transformation
- Evenntually Lead 4 VPs/Vertical Heads and 5,000+ employees across global centers.
- Drive digital-first operations, automation, and AI-led transformation .
- Build a high-performance, growth-oriented leadership culture.
Qualifications & Expertise
- 18+ years of leadership experience in BPO/BPM with proven success in winning large client deals .
- Must have closed multi-million-dollar BPO contracts and scaled accounts.
- Proven P&L ownership of say $100M+ and leadership of 5,000+ employees.
- Strong record of start-up and scale-up success in BPO.
- Industry expertise across Healthcare, Telecom, Travel, Airlines, BFSI .
- Strong skills in deal structuring, governance, and executive-level client engagement .
