We're looking for a driven
Growth Manager
who can help us scale, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on growth performance and targets achieved.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, growth, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Experience in the IT/software services industry will be a plus.
- Must be comfortable with on-site working.
