Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated candidates to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on driving business growth in pharmaceutical sector by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and assisting in the expansion of our market presence. The candidate should have strong communication skills, proactive approach, understanding of pharmaceutical value chain, and a keen interest to work in pharmaceutical business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Generate potential leads through market research, networking and outbound calls to clients/potential partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable pharmaceutical solutions.
  • Market Research:
    Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to help position the company's products / offering effectively.
  • Strategic Support
    : Closely work with senior management on business strategies, product portfolio identification, scheduling and attending client meetings.
  • Product Promotion:
    Promote company products and offerings to potential customers through direct interaction, emails, phone calls, and at relevant events, conferences or trade shows.
  • Documentation support
    : Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts as a part of the business process.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular updates to the senior management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy or Science, BBA, MBA in related field.

Key Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its products.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, organized with a facilitating approach.
  • Acquaintance with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
