Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sr. Manager - Learning & Development at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives, designing and implementing learning programs, managing learning management systems, and leading training teams. The role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating through output measures, Strong communication with stakeholders and alignment with company goals are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development, including Training delivery and designing Learning & Development strategies
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven Team Leadership experience
  • Ability to evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
