  • ஹோட்டல், போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் சுற்றுலா சேவைகளை ஒருங்கிணைத்தல்.
  • வாடிக்கையாளர் நிறைவை உறுதி செய்தல்.

தகுதிகள்:

  • பயணம் மற்றும் சுற்றுலா மேலாண்மை பிரிவில் டிப்ளொமா அல்லது பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
  • சுற்றுலா மற்றும் பயணத் துறையில் அனுபவம் இருந்தால் நன்று.
  • சிறந்த தொடர்பு மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை திறன்.
  • தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் நல்ல அறிவு.
  • பிற மொழிகள் அறிந்திருந்தால் நன்று.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism Management.
  • Experience in the tourism and travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Tamil and English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work as a team.
