About the role:
Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the sales and performance of multiple stores within a cluster. This role involves managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for each store, ensuring smooth daily operations, and grooming staff to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills, the ability to drive performance, and expertise in stock and inventory management. Critical thinking and business development are crucial for this role, along with building and maintaining customer relationships. A background in beauty and personal care is essential.
Drive sales and performance across multiple stores.
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for each store.
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency.
Groom and train staff to meet service and performance standards.
Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction.
Ensure adequate stock level is maintain at each unit.Timely procurement & replenishment followup done with store & warehouse/logistic team.
Timely audits of stock & cash card to maintain the basic hygiene at the cluster level
Team Engagement initiatives to maintain high energy level of ground staff
Required Qualifications:
Any graduate degree and experience in beauty/personal care industry
