The Division is seeking staff to join both the Performance, Governance and Inquiries Branch and the Ministerial and Parliamentary Branch. The Performance, Governance and Inquiries Branch is a central point of support and oversight for the Department, providing strategic advice and guidance to the Executive and relevant Portfolio Ministers. The Ministerial and Parliamentary Branch (MPB) is responsible for providing appropriate and efficient cross-portfolio support to the Ministers' Office, the Executive and senior managers in relation to Ministerial, Parliamentary and Cabinet related processes. Sound time management and organisational skills, including working independently to prioritise workloads within required timeframes. Ability to problem solve and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a calm, flexible and friendly approach. Excellent strategic thinking and critical analysis skills.
