Role Description


  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at TVA. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing entire recruitment process and assist in end to end recruitment cycle by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, preparing documentation, and facilitating introductions to team members and company culture.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Looking for 2 plus years of Experience in recruitment for digital agencies and content production studios or media companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
