About Manastu Space

:We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the trillion-dollar space industry from debris pollution in space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to debris pollution—making space a dangerous place for other satellites and astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an agile, safe, efficient, and affordable green propulsion system with a new fuel, engine, and catalyst to avoid satellite collisions and prevent debris pollution, which can be a potential green alternative to current monopropellant propulsion technology.


Position Summary

: As an HR Operations Associate at Manastu Space, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in managing payroll activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, including attendance, leave, and overtime.

Documentation Support:

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in updating and organizing employee files and records.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and HR operations.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.

Employee Support:

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive necessary information and documentation.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BCom, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
