• To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans


• Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.


• Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners


• Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.


• Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate- Direct Sales.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience in property development, real estate sales.


• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key stakeholders.


• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
