Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record in B2B sales, and are passionate about building client relationships, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.- Identify and acquire new clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.- Stay ahead of market trends through continuous research.- Build strong client relationships and deliver persuasive presentations.- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery.- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.- Occasional travel within Gujarat for client meetings and development opportunities.

Skill set Required:

Soft Skills:

Strategic planning, Business Communication, Interpersonal skill, Leadership and Team building, Art of presentation, Relationship management.

Technical Skills:

- B2B Sales in Mechanical/Industrial Products: In-depth knowledge and experience in B2B sales specific into industrial products.- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for securing profitable deals with clients.- Record Keeping: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.- Market Research: Continuous research to stay ahead of market trends in the mechanical/industrial products sector.

Qualifications Required:

- BBA or MBA or any Management Diploma

Experience Required:

- 3-4 Years of Experience- Proven B2B sales experience in industrial products.
