Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify and acquire new clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Stay ahead of market trends through continuous research.
Build strong client relationships and deliver persuasive presentations.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.
Occasional travel within Gujarat for client meetings and development opportunities.

Soft Skills:
Strategic planning, Business Communication, Interpersonal skill, Leadership and Team building, Art of presentation, Relationship management.

Technical Skills:
B2B Sales in Mechanical/

Industrial Products:
In-depth knowledge and experience in B2B sales specific into industrial products

Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills for securing profitable deals with clients

Record Keeping:
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

Market Research:
Continuous research to stay ahead of market trends in the mechanical/industrial products sector.

Qualifications Required:
BBA or MBA or any Management Diploma

Experience Required:3-4 Years of ExperienceProven B2B sales experience in industrial products.
