We are currently searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our expanding team.
As an integral part of our sales force, you will be tasked with developing and implementing B2B sales strategies that align with our company objectives.
If you excel in fast-paced environments, possess a demonstrated history of success in B2B sales, and are enthusiastic about cultivating client relationships, we encourage you to apply Roles and Responsibilities: REFERRAL SOURCING AND MANAGEMENT Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking Responsible for independently sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like , Fundoodata, Google search, Instagram, Telegram, etc Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
Maintaining the database in excel template for tracking the CRM.MARKETING AND SALES MEETINGS Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their financial requirements Having effective sales meetings in order to:
Understand the ecosystem of the client Position KSL as the best choice for the client Generate requirements for investments from the client Sales of business offerings and financial services (Trading related activities, Investment advisory, Product distribution) SALES PROPOSALS Create presentations based on the client requirements Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-conversion targets Demonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' investment needs
SALES CONVERSION Negotiate win-win deals Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines CLIENT CO-ORDINATION Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client Be the interface between the client and the operations team from account opening to start of the investment journey with KSL Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
Skill Sets Required:
Financial Knowledge : Seek candidates with a basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends
Communication Skills :
Prioritize candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as they will be interacting with clients regularly
Relationship Building :
Look for candidates who have experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers
Networking Abilities :
Seek candidates who have experience in networking and lead generation, as this will be crucial for expanding your client base
Analytical Skills :
Prioritize candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse market trends and client needs
Adaptability :
Look for candidates who are adaptable and can quickly adjust to changes in market conditions and client requirements
Qualification Required:
BBA or MBA or any Management Diploma. Certificate of training of NISM series 7 & 8.
Experience Required:
One To Two Years of Experience Should have sales experience in financial service sector.
