Job Summary:We are currently searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be tasked with developing and implementing B2B sales strategies that align with our company objectives. Roles and Responsibilities:

REFERRAL SOURCING AND MANAGEMENTDevelop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings on business owners, direct mail, email, and networkingResponsible for independently sourcing and developing client relationships and referralsSourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search, Instagram, Telegram, etcMaintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.Maintaining the database in excel template for tracking the CRM.

MARKETING AND SALES MEETINGSPreparing for meetings via structured research about target clientSell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their financial requirementsHaving effective sales meetings in order to:Understand the ecosystem of the clientPosition KSL as the best choice for the clientGenerate requirements for investments from the clientSales of business offerings and financial services (Trading related activities, Investment advisory, Product distribution)

SALES PROPOSALSCreate presentations based on the client requirementsCo-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-conversion targetsDemonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' investment needs

SALES CONVERSIONNegotiate win-win dealsMaintain profitability index as per management guidelines

CLIENT CO-ORDINATIONWrite emails professionally to record all discussions with the clientBe the interface between the client and the operations team from account opening to start of the investment journey with KSLParticipate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.

Skill Sets Required:Financial Knowledge : Seek candidates with a basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends.Communication Skills : Prioritize candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as they will be interacting with clients regularly.Relationship Building : Look for candidates who have experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers.Networking Abilities : Seek candidates who have experience in networking and lead generation, as this will be crucial for expanding your client base.Analytical Skills : Prioritize candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse market trends and client needs.Adaptability : Look for candidates who are adaptable and can quickly adjust to changes in market conditions and client requirements.

Qualification Required:BBA or MBA or any Management Diploma.Certificate of training of NISM series 7 & 8.

Experience Required:One To Two Years of ExperienceShould have sales experience in financial service sector.
