Are you a talented professional interested in a healthcare software startup? We are a fast-growing startup in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space looking to hire a Healthcare Business (RCM) Associate to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. We're building our own software product that can automate a lot of RCM tasks. We are looking for someone who will provide insurance verification and prior authorization-related services to our healthcare provider customers in the US as well as help with our software product development and QA testing.

As a Healthcare Business Associate, you will work on business and RCM-related processes including insurance benefits verification, prior authorization, and claim tracking. The work scope includes calling insurance companies and potential customer leads in the US time zone. You may also work on other ad hoc tasks related to but not restricted to business development, inside sales, marketing, operations, and other company activities.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare and technologies. We will strive to provide you with a great learning experience and a long-term opportunity to grow with us.

**Ideal profile but not mandatory**:

- Prior experience in working with RCM service providers, knowledge about US healthcare
- MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, B.Pharm. or other professional medical or healthcare related course
- Previous US calling experience at BPO or KPO
- Flexibility to work the night shift as per the US working hours
- Located in Vadodara or close to Vadodara

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
