You will lead the charge in expanding our network and enhancing our service offerings to revolutionize healthcare delivery through our innovative SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and grow partnerships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and wellness professionals.
  • Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Identify potential partners in the healthcare ecosystem and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This includes negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine business strategies and drive growth.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Engage with various healthcare professionals, including doctors, dietitians, yoga teachers, and coaches, to integrate their services with Docty’s platform. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance service offerings and patient care.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Develop and execute a robust sales plan to achieve business targets. Utilize various channels, including direct sales, networking events, and digital marketing, to generate leads and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance Docty’s brand presence in the healthcare sector through strategic marketing initiatives, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust plans as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry influencers, and potential strategic partners.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships with healthcare providers.
