Responsibilities:
- Onboarding travel companies through smart methods
- Relationship management and helping them with supply needs for different destinations
- Consulting travel companies on different verticals that will help them grow
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and capabilities, and be able to solve the travel partners' queries.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that lead to data-informed solutions and increased efficiency.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Basic Maths should be strong as the job role includes lots of calculations
- Good in communications
- Decision-making, to make decisions on their own to achieve fast-moving and better results
- Goal-Oriented
- Multi-tasking, as one needs to do costing calculations while being on calls with the Partners.
- Time management and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, Partner's needs, and sales strategies is crucial for success in sales. Sales executives should be flexible, open to feedback, and willing to adjust their approach to accommodate evolving circumstances.
- Persuasion and Negotiation
Basic Expectations:
- Will prioritize if the candidate has 1 or 2 years of experience but Freshers are welcome too
- Commitment: We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work with us for the long run, as we are operating with a growth mindset and believe in equal opportunities, if you have the zeal to learn and are open to challenges you will grow with us.
- The whole team will be operating from the Office location (Saket) and working 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)
- Candidates will be expected to enrol themselves in our 2-3 months training program, for which they will be paid 576/- INR for each working day. They will get it by the end of the month.
- The training months can be reduced to 1 to 2 months based on the candidate's capabilities and assessment results.
- The maximum training program will be stretched for 3 months.
Salary and Perks:
- Post-training, the selected candidates will be merged with the head team and will be paid 3L to 4L per Annum without incentives.
- Incentive plans will be shared once you clear the training program.
- Yearly Destination visits for deserving Candidates, we believe in giving the same luxury and rich experience to our employees that we offer to our partners.
