We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Therapist to join our team, contributing to the enhancement of communication and language skills in the children we serve.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Speech Therapist at Vqura Child Development Services, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of children's speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of need.
- Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address speech and language delays, articulation disorders, and other communication challenges in a pediatric setting.
- Collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each child's communication development.
- Providing engaging and effective therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve language skills and communication proficiency in children.
- Monitoring and documenting the progress of each child, adjusting therapy plans as required, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Conducting educational sessions for parents to empower them in supporting their child's communication development at home.
- Actively participating in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric speech therapy.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- State licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience in pediatric speech therapy, demonstrating expertise in assessing and treating communication disorders in children.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of age-appropriate speech and language developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and communicate with parents and caregivers.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the communication skills of children.
