Role


Weare seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to lead ourpenetration testing team. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of cyber security principles and a proven trackrecord of identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities. This roleinvolves conducting sophisticated penetration tests simulatingadvanced cyber threats to uncover vulnerabilities and collaboratingwith clients to develop robust securitystrategies.


Responsibility


  • Leadcomplex penetration testing engagements to identify vulnerabilitiesin clients networks applications andsystems.
  • Develop and refine penetration testingmethodologies to ensure thorough and efficient vulnerabilityidentification.
  • Manage and mentor a team ofpenetration testers fostering a culture of continuous learning andprofessional development.
  • Collaborate withclients to understand their security posture and tailor penetrationtesting efforts to their specific needs andchallenges.
  • Present findings to clientsincluding technical teams and executive leadership providing clearexplanations of vulnerabilities the potential impact on thebusiness and recommended mitigationstrategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cyberthreats penetration testing tools and technologies integrating newtechniques into testing practices.
  • Contributeto the development of new services and improvements in penetrationtesting processes anddocumentation.
  • Participate in research anddevelopment initiatives to advance the field of cyber security andcontribute to the securitycommunity.


Requirements


  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Information Security Computer Science or arelated field.
  • Professional securitycertifications highly regarded (e.g. OSCP OSCE GPEN GWAPT orAWS/Cisco/Google Cloud certifications).
  • Atleast 4 years of experience in penetration testing or ethicalhacking with a proven ability to lead and deliver highprofilesecurity assessment projects.
  • Proficient in arange of penetration testing tools and techniques with the abilityto adapt and innovate in fastpacedenvironments.
  • Demonstrated capability to leadsecurity assessments and manage teamseffectively.
  • Strong communication skills withproficiency in presenting complex findings and strategies totechnical and executive audiences.
  • A commitmentto ethical hacking principles with a keen understanding of thelegal implications of penetrationtesting.
  • Experience with scripting andprogramming (e.g. Python Ruby Bash PowerShell) to automate tasksand develop customtools.
