Inside Sales Account Executive – Cyber Security

Job Description
Pipeline Development and Sales Achievement: Build a large sales pipeline within the assigned region and achieve or exceed the assigned gross margin target. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, in-mails and emails.
Own sales lifecycle: Own deal origination, full lifecycle management, and progression, overseeing post-close fulfillment, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and account management. Utilize an account-based consultative approach and long-term relationship management.
Account Management: Build account plans based on customer business objectives and future plans, aiding clients in planning their information security strategies. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Forecast Management: Manage current and multi-quarter forecasts with a high degree of accuracy, currency, and integrity. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop and present complex written proposals, including self-initiated and responses to customer requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI) including cost justification, business case content, and technical specifications in coordination with delivery & proposals team.
Senior-Level Client Presentations: Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels of clients.
Market and Product Expertise: Maintain a high degree of knowledge about competitive and product developments, including evolving cybersecurity trends across the full range of products and services.

Sales Skills – Proficiency in understanding customer needs and offering solutions that provide value, using a consultative approach to sales.
Relationship Management - Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders, especially C-Levels, to build trust, uncover requirements, and propose effective solutions.
Business Operations – Understands requirements for successful deal closure and can manage dependencies in other departments/teams
Technical Knowledge – A solid understanding of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the technical aspects of managed security solutions and services.
