Position Overview:

Grow India Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to promote our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve service offerings.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with the project team to provide clients with timely updates on campaign performance.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure individual and team success.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SMO, PPC, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Existing network of clients in industries requiring digital marketing services.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics.
