Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office administration and operations
- Handling correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Maintaining records, files, and documentation
- Assisting in procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Supporting HR functions such as attendance management and onboarding
- Ensuring a clean and organized office environment
- Assisting with project documentation and presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in architecture or interior design firms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting and billing processes is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management software/tools
- Knowledge of architecture/interior design terminology
