Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. We are excited to onboard someone who meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.Being Sales director you would be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies to hit your financial targets. Being Sales Director your duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Demonstrate ability to capture market and user requirements and communicate them to facilitate marketing and product development.
  • Meet established personal goals and objectives aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Follow company norms regarding sales procedure, product presentation, contact documentation, and internal communication with sales, marketing, and product development team.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 10+ years of Supply Chain Management IT solution experience
  • Must have experience in handling Client Account Management, Business Development & Lead Generation.
  • Must have experience in Big, Mid & Small cap enterprise IT sales and solutions into SAP or any SAAS model application into SCM / P2P.
  • Need to be a driven professional and demonstrate a passion for success.
  • Graduates from the background of Business degree are preferable.
  • Knowledge in Asian & International business strategy is highly preferable.
