Director of Inside Sales – Medvarsity Location : Hyderabad (We are specifically looking for candidates from South India). Role Overview: We are seeking a Inside Sales Director with 15+ years of experience to lead and scale our inside sales organization . This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for professionals with proven expertise in Ed Tech, Healthcare Education, BFSI (Mutual Funds, Insurance, HNI Credit Cards), or Overseas Education. The selected leader will own revenue growth , optimize sales ,and build a high-performance B2 C inside sales culture aligned with Medvarsity’s mission to revolutionize medical education. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Sales Leadership Define and execute inside sales strategies to drive B2 C revenue through student and healthcare professional segments. Balance B2 C growth with B2 B institutional sales. Leverage customer insights and market trends to shape offerings. ✅ Sales Operations & Pipeline Management Lead inbound & outbound sales initiatives (digital outreach, email campaigns, social selling, referrals). Monitor & optimize conversion rates , pipeline health, and forecasting. Drive upselling & cross-selling opportunities. ✅ Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a large sales team. Build a performance-driven culture with clear KRAs and coaching programs. Run structured training to boost sales effectiveness. ✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: 15+ years in Inside Sales, with 7+ years in leadership roles managing large sales teams. Experience in Ed Tech, Healthcare Education, BFSI (Mutual Funds, Insurance, HNI Credit Cards) or Visa/Overseas Education. Strong expertise in B2 C, revenue growth, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot). MBA or advanced degree preferred. B2 C sales leaders know how to: Run high-velocity, large-volume inside sales teams Drive admissions/enrollments instead of long-cycle B2 B enterprise deals Handle high ticket, emotional buying decisions (like education, visas, wealth mgmt, insurance).
