We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives. You'll play a critical role in achieving ambitious sales goals for our software/services solutions across the US (North America, Canada), Middle East, and European markets.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned Region
Create and manage sales processes and workflows.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Client Management:
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.
Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
International Focus:
Manage a geographically dispersed team across US, Middle East, and European markets.
Understand cultural nuances and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Work effectively across time zones.
Experience & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse confidently with prospects and customers across diverse regions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
High energy, positive mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Work according to US time zone (Night Shift: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)
