Senior Manager - Reputation Strategist & Client Servicing

(Reputation Management & Crisis Communications)

Key Responsibilities:


Reputation Assessment & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' brand reputations across online and offline channels, analyzing sentiment, perceptions, and key drivers.
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strategy Development:

  • Create tailored, actionable reputation management strategies that align with clients' objectives, challenges, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate reputation management efforts into broader marketing and communications strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders (customers, employees, investors, influencers, etc.) to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and foster positive, lasting relationships with each group.

Crisis Preparedness & Response:

  • Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive crisis management plans, including messaging frameworks, escalation protocols, and response strategies.
  • Lead crisis simulations and provide training to ensure clients are equipped to effectively manage reputational threats.

Monitoring & Issue Response:

  • Implement advanced monitoring systems to track online and offline media coverage, social media conversations, and news mentions.
  • Provide timely and strategic responses to emerging issues and crises, minimizing potential reputational damage.

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of reputation management strategies.
  • Regularly prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, offering insights, progress updates, and actionable recommendations for optimisation.


Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in reputation management, crisis communications, or strategic communications roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with diverse clients across various industries is highly desirable.
