Hiring Inside Sales Manager for EVE Technologies Pvt Ltd
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership :
Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team members achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development :
Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Lead Generation :
Oversee the generation and qualification of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Client Engagement :
Assist team members in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services effectively.
Sales Performance Monitoring :
Monitor team performance and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
Pipeline Management :
Manage and maintain sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business opportunities.
Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Reporting :
Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts.
Market Research :
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.
Job Location: Kolkata
Eligibility: Graduate with 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales with excellent communication skills.
Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs - 3.6 Lakhs / PA
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
