Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Manager at Neobuild Ventures #Mana Projects pvt ltd located in Bengaluru. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing CRM processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications CRM Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Data Analysis Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with CRM software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Project management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Certifications in CRM or related field are a plus Experience for 4-9yrs only (Real estate background)
