Overview

We are seeking a seasoned  Marketing Automation Expert with over 3 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of marketing automation tools such as  HubSpot ,  Salesforce , and various  email marketing automation platforms . This role is pivotal in optimizing our marketing strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and driving overall business growth through efficient tool management and workflow automation.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
  • Analyze and optimize existing automation workflows to enhance performance and ROI.
  • Design workflows that automate processes, similar to automating contact unenrollment when a deal stage changes to "Lost".

Tool Management and Customization:

  • Manage and customize marketing automation tools like  HubSpot ,  Salesforce , and other relevant platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Add or update properties (fields) in HubSpot to match data requirements and create new/custom objects to enhance data management.
  • Sync properties from systems like MLS as objects in HubSpot, allowing for detailed association of data with deal records.

Integration and Data Synchronization:

  • Develop and implement solutions to sync leads (deal records) back to dashboards for sellers and agents, enabling comprehensive lead tracking.
  • Enhance integration between HubSpot and third-party platforms such as  Drift Chat to improve communication and lead management.
  • Utilize tools like  Workfolio to ensure seamless tracking and management of automated processes.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, personalized, and effective.
  • Utilize automation tools to segment audiences, trigger automated responses, and track campaign performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, automation effectiveness, and overall marketing metrics.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on utilizing marketing automation tools effectively.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing automation, preferably within a similar industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms such as  HubSpot ,  Salesforce , and other email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management, including property and object management in HubSpot.

Analytical Abilities:

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Problem-Solving:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing automation challenges.
Terms and Conditions
  • Working Hours:  3 PM - 11 PM .
  • Work Style:   Remote .
  • Policy:   Zero tolerance for moonlighting .
