About the role:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our marketing and recruitment efforts through multi-channel automation across email, WhatsApp, and Zoho CRM. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, nurturing leads, and ensuring smooth candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage automated campaigns using platforms like Zoho Campaigns, focusing on personalized outreach, segmentation, and maintaining high deliverability.

Implement WhatsApp Business API and chatbots to streamline lead and candidate engagement, integrating these processes with Zoho CRM for efficient tracking.

Set up and manage workflows within Zoho CRM for automated lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups, enhancing recruitment efficiency.

Develop multi-channel lead nurturing sequences, leveraging analytics tools like Zoho Analytics to monitor and report on performance.

Maintain data integrity across platforms by ensuring consistency, eliminating duplicates, and optimizing tagging; utilize AI tools as needed for data analysis and campaign enhancement.


Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years of experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business Automation, and third-party email automation platforms.

Strong knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and email deliverability best practices.

Experience with AI tools, data analytics, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Background in managing automation for recruitment or client engagement workflows is a plus.
