Amadi Beach Front Resort is seeking a highly motivated Revenue and Reservations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maximizing hotel revenue and ensuring the efficient operation of the reservations department.
Responsibilities:
Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all processes of Revenue Management & Yield Management for optimizing OTA performance.
Independently implementing appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy and maintaining accurate rates and inventory allotments in the RMS/GDS/CRO and property PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
Working with business strategies, recognizing and capitalizing on potential opportunities.
Developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies, conducting competitive and demand analysis.
Managing online and offline inventory and balancing the organization's core business requirements.
Maximizing revenue opportunities to achieve stretched targets and managing sales and cash flow in a result-focused environment.
Ensuring competitive deals with OTA platforms including commission, PLB, MIB, etc.
Working with Compset, third-party partners data, and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and/or challenges at specific properties.
Maintaining pages on OTA platforms using standout hotel descriptions, amazing photos, highlighting USPs, and other required information.
Managing guest reviews and maintaining 90% PLUS scores on OTA platforms for business generation, visibility, etc.
Constantly liaising with OTA companies and maintaining strong client relationships.
Resolving conflicts from OTA agent/its customer.
Constant search for new OTA platforms, assessment on suitability, and bringing them on board for new business opportunities.
Liaising with other functional departments & resorts for smooth functioning.
Managing charter and travel agent contracts.
MIS report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Annual budgets preparation & near and long-term top-line rooms revenue hotel forecasts.
Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Meeting sales and revenue targets and goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to Goa and this is not a remote position and you will be required to work on-site.
3+ years of experience in Revenue Management and Reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and Revenue Management.
Well-versed with Channel Managers, PMS, etc.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
Possess strong communication skills and able to clearly convey ideas and results.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to review numbers and draw conclusions about performance and technology solutions.
Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, able to work simultaneously on multiple initiatives and priorities.
Self-starter, exhibiting initiative and confidence.
Strong knowledge of systems, especially Microsoft Excel, PMS, Channel Manager (we are using eZee)
