Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager/ Investment Manager/ Portfolio Manager/ Area Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Responsibilities1. Team Management & Development- Oversee and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and performance-driven coaching.- Conduct training programs to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages motivation, accountability, and success.2. Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals.- Identify new market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.- Monitor sales activities, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.3. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.- Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.- Address client enquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.4. Market Analysis & Lead Generation- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients through regular interactions (in person, phone, and email).- Conduct Cold Calling, Client meetings, and Presentations to generate new business.- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.- Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team efficiently follows up on potential clients.- Implement data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance to make data-driven decisions.- Track sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.6. Deal Negotiation & Closing- Assist in high-value negotiations and closing major transactions.- Provide expertise and support to the sales team during critical deal-making processes.- Ensure contracts and agreements are structured to protect both client and company interests.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.- Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experiance needed for the Individual Contributor Role.
