We're Hiring – Sales / Business Development Manager (Institutional Sales | Hotels | Facility Management | Corporates | HoReCa)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
We are a fast-growing hygiene & FMCG brand with strong in-house manufacturing. With an expanding presence across retail, e-commerce, and institutional channels, we are now looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM)
to strengthen our
Institutional & HoReCa sales
vertical.
What You'll Do
- Acquire & manage
institutional clients
such as Hotels, Restaurants, Banquets, QSRs, Hospitals, Facility Management Companies, and Corporates. - Build strong relationships with
procurement & purchase heads
. - Drive the
end-to-end sales cycle
from lead generation to closure & repeat business. - Achieve monthly & quarterly
sales targets
with strong pipeline management. - Coordinate with
operations & finance
for smooth order fulfillment and payments.
What We're Looking For
- 3–10 years' experience in
Institutional / HoReCa / FMCG sales
. - Existing
network in hotels, facility companies, or corporates
(preferred). - Strong
negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a
fast-paced growth environment
.
