Roles and Responsibilities:

Key account management of online Platforms .Ach. Monthly Budget. Primary & Secondary Targets.Overall sales and collection responsibility of the online channel partners.Sound understanding of Seller/vendor portal of platformsLiaising with marketing for product cataloguing and listing improvements.Liaising with Production and inventory team to achieve desired fill rate .Hands on experience of E-Com operation and Operational requirements .Connect with Platform category team to understand trend , Competitive dynamics and existing GapsCompetition analysis to map brand market share in online channel on portals.Analyse market trend and strategize new processes.TOT and JBP discussion with platformAssortment Planning / Bestseller Sales.Should understand the dynamism of the online retail channel.Develop new channel partners and own the complete processWeekly, monthly biz plan alignment with the accountGet rolling forecast for sell-in for each SKU from the accountSell-out forecast alignment with the account & monitoring the sameGather & report intelligence on competition launches, schemes, offers, marketing, deals etc.Taking new products/NPDs live on Ecom portals and delivering on NPD sales targetsHelp the online marketing teams on the deployment of digital assets and other coordination

Desired Candidate ProfileMBA from Tier II Institute with 3 - 10 years of experienceExperience in B2B E commerce operationsExperience in developing the online sales for brands.Developed strong business and client relations.Aptitude for Technology adoptionCandidates from product base, e-commerce platform will be preferredCandidates with Modern trade experience will also be consider
