Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.

  • This role's primary responsibility is to manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts that have been strategically developed by our Business Development team.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth within their assigned accounts.
  • This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and fostering longterm partnerships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decisionmakers.
  • Conduct regular checkins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.

Client Relationship Development:

  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.
  • Set clear objectives and targets for each account, aligning with company goals and priorities.
  • Monitor progress against account plans and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales growth within assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing product/service adoption.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management or sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
