Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Decorative department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Absorb and indigenize global coating technologies by interacting with international teams. Lead the development of new decorative paint and coating products, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting rigorous quality standards aligned with customer needs. Implement cost-reduction strategies for existing products through formula optimization and sourcing new, cost-effective raw materials. Organize and conduct pilot trials for new products on production lines and ensure successful implementation. Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team, including advising on corrective actions for line issues, conducting new product line trials, and facilitating new product commercialization.

The Successful Applicant

B Tech/M Tech or Graduation/Post Graduation in Chemistry More than 20 years of experience in the decorative paints and coatings industry Product Knowledge on the following: 1. Interior Water based Products 2. Exterior Water based products 3. Solvent Based Primers, Enamels & PU Enamels 4. Construction Range of products required for Water Proofing 5. Wood Coating Range of Products for Interior & Exterior application 6. Various textures finishes Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
