Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

**Role Purpose**

The Junior QC Chemist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through meticulous testing and analysis of raw materials. By collaborating with the R&D team, the incumbent contributes to the development and improvement of our coatings, thereby upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibility**
- Conducting testing of Imported Raw Materials (RM) with a focus on long-term evaluation in paints, in collaboration with the Research and Development (R&D) team.
- Executing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Analyzing and interpreting test results accurately and efficiently.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of quality control processes.
- Maintaining detailed records of testing procedures, results, and observations.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
- Demonstrating adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Actively participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Good learning agility and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and instruments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to paint manufacturing is a plus.

**Experience Required**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the paint manufacturing industry.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
